Refund policy

Returns and right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA (including Norway), you can withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.

1. Tell us you are withdrawing by e-mail to kontakt@wypoc.com (you can use the form in Annex 1 to our Terms of Sale, but you don't have to) or by post to WYPOC Sp. z o.o., ul. Wola 1/2, 38-480 Rymanów, Poland.

2. Send the goods back within 14 days of telling us, to: WYPOC Sp. z o.o., ul. Żwirki i Wigury 15, 38-400 Krosno, Poland.

3. You pay the direct cost of the return. Accessories can be sent back with any courier. Saunas, cold plunge tubs and hot tubs need truck transport with a crane – we can arrange collection at cost and will give you an estimate before anything is booked.

4. Refund: within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method you used. We may hold the refund until we receive the goods or proof that you have sent them. Import VAT, duties and clearance fees paid to customs outside the EU (e.g. in Norway) are not refunded by us – you may be able to reclaim them from your customs authority.

5. Installation: if you asked us to install before the 14 days were up and installation has been fully completed, the right to withdraw from the installation service ends. You can still withdraw from the purchase of the goods themselves, but dismantling is charged. If you withdraw while installation is in progress, you pay for the part already done.

6. You are responsible for any loss in value if the goods were used beyond what is needed to check them (for example, if the sauna was heated).

Complaints

Write to kontakt@wypoc.com with your order number, a description of the problem, photos and what you would like us to do. We reply within 14 days. Complaints about saunas and tubs are handled on site wherever possible, without sending the goods back. Justified complaints are fixed at our cost.

Your statutory rights: in the EU – 2 years for lack of conformity; in Norway – a 2-year complaint period (reklamasjonsfrist) under the Consumer Purchases Act, or 5 years for goods intended to last substantially longer, such as saunas and tubs.
